Job brief

–  The candidate will join the quality team and will be responsible for helping to ensure the maintenance of the quality management system and supporting the Quality Control department in product inspections and quality assessments..

Responsibilities

Provide technical support in the preparation of standard documents;
Ensure compliance with quality standards in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
Conduct incoming quality inspections on glass, plastic, and other packaging items in accordance with standard specifications, company policy, and customer requirements;
Support inspections and validation of new packaging items from suppliers, as well as new product development;
Conduct quality tests and prepare related reports;
Collaborate on the management of customer complaints and the definition of any applicable CAPA in collaboration with other departments;
Contribute to the release, development, improvement, and management of internal procedures, standard technical documentation, reports, and certificates;
Create and maintain product specifications and pre-production samples for custom items and decorations, under supervision;
Collaborate with the quality control departments of subcontractors;
Support the certification process and the maintenance of certifications;
Assist with and support internal and external audits.

Requirements and skills

  • Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields);
  • Specific training in quality management systems;
  • 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Specialist roles;
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems;
  • Experience in managing internal and external audits is a plus;
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ESG, and regulatory standards;
  • Ability to draft and manage procedures, operating instructions, and quality documentation.
  • Knowledge of problem-solving and continuous improvement tools (RCA – 5 Whys – Ishikawa – CAPA);
  • Management of non-conformities and corrective actions;
  • Analysis of quality data and KPIs;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
