Job brief
– Responsible for developing new accounts and increase in existing accounts in the Northeast region for Baralan USA (“Company”), and support in achieving target sales and quotas.
Responsibilities
- Develop account leads and new accounts.
- Directly manage the customers assigned and/or develop and supervise the activities of any sales support assigned to the customer portfolio, monitoring and complying with the pre-sales and after sales activities.
- Promote the Company’s image and improve customer experience and satisfaction and strengthening loyalty.
- Plan action plans and missions in the assigned area, identifying priorities and objectives.
- Analyze market strategies and prepare an in-depth knowledge of the current conditions of both the business and product context, constantly monitoring sales trends, current offers and customer positions, also including identified KPIs.
- Directly manage the creation of offers with assigned and/or developed customers, complying with Company policies, including extra-price special offers and promotional activities.
- Prepare annual sales forecast in the assigned region, both in terms of volume and turnover, including planning Company objectives with data control activities on a periodic basis including periodic reporting to the Company’s management, both direct in-line and dotted-line (functional) reporting structure.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned or required by the Company from time to time.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in the primary cosmetic packing and distribution industry under sales activities.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Possess negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and the creation of new accounts.
- Experience in ERP System, Navision or other related system.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Required to meet with customers on a daily/weekly basis.
- Knowledge in primary cosmetic packaging.
